A Game Overview
TankSmith.io is a tower defense game io game with tanks and upgrades. Gather resources. Build your tank. Head into battle. All in real time against players from all over the world. An original hybrid of tank-shooter and tower-defense.
Arm your tank with 10 unique units, and upgrade them with 5 different resources. Battle against hundreds of players with realistic 2D physics.
Units include:
Basic unit,
Basic turret,
Booster unit,
Healing unit,
Twin turret,
Sniper turret,
Alchemy lab,
Gun turret,
Octa turret and
Pico.

How to play Tanksmith.io
.WASD or arrow keys to move. Move the mouse to aim. Left click to shoot. Protect your core to stay alive. Destroy shapes to collect resources. Select a unit from the warehouse and click to place it. Collect better resources to build better units. E key to activate automatic fire. Click on a unit of your tank to upgrade or destroy it. Assemble your tank to be more powerful. Take on other players and climb up the leaderboard.
Tanksmith.io Strategy
Start by collecting wood. You can use it to build units to protect your core. More turrets will allow you to collect and build faster. Try adding a Wood alchemy lab that will convert resources into Iron, then you can upgrade your units. Keep upgrading to better resources (Gold, then Diamond, then Amethyst) and try to destroy the players. At some point you may even be able to overthrow the leader and dominate the server.
Tanksmith.io Easter Eggs
.There is a secret resource that is even more powerful than Amethyst. It can't be collected from triangles, so you'll have to figure out the secret! You can also steal it from other players.
