Eat and Evolve
The basic gameplay of Little Big Snake is to eat food and grow your snake. The glowing orbs and nectar are your sustenance. You’ll find these orbs scattered around the map, inside bugs, and left behind by snakes that have perished. Eating any of these food items will make your snake larger, and provide energy for speed-boosting without affecting your snake's size.
The quickest way to evolve into the ultimate snake is by trapping other snakes and larger bugs. The larger bugs often drop upgrades that, in one way or another, allow you to progress quicker by providing a time-limited advantage.
Level Up
Little Big Snake has the simplicity of a snake IO game, but with some added complexity to make the game more engaging long-term.
Competing in games builds your level and provides you with chests containing various rewards like gold. You’ll also earn achievements that provide you with in-game rewards.
Upgrade Your Snake
Leveling up and earning gold gives you the ability to purchase upgrades through the evolution panel. This is a skill tree with several incremental upgrades available. You can increase energy recovery and growth rate from eating, as well as much more.
More evolution upgrades can be unlocked when you reach the higher levels. The good thing is these upgrades apply to all the games you play!
