In certain cases, the line may only show specific paths while others will have several. When you click on the screen, the line will attach to whatever surface it is touching at the time. As you start to advance through the levels, you will find surfaces with spikes and other obstacles that will destroy your red circle. If you hit these, you will have to start the level over. If you cannot figure out a way out and get stuck in a bad spot, you can always restart the level from the menu.
