Catch the Dot

This might seem easy but you must choose your orange dot placement carefully and try to shepherd the blue dot into a tight space. Try to create a large circle around the blue dot and steadily make it smaller – you could also consider blocking off the outmost ring of circles to stop escape and then move in on the blue dot afterwards. Try to anticipate the blue dots moves to trap it and prevent scape! What is the smallest amount of moves you can catch the dot in?
